Hi, I’m Rachel, a creative operations specialist with 18 years of agency experience. I have contributed to award-winning campaigns and rebrands as a Studio Manager, Art Director, Designer, Photographer, Retoucher and Production Specialist, with 13 of those years spent successfully managing multidisciplinary teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

My successes, beyond the day-to-day efficiency of running a creative studio, span a wide array of agency process and operations improvements, as well as regularly determining unique creative solutions to complex production problems.
