Key successes
I’m a doer, deep in the day-to-day. I assess what works, what doesn’t, make adjustments, and keep moving. But sometimes I need to remind myself to step back, put pen to paper, and jot down my contributions and quantifiable improvements. So I hereby dedicate this page to that.

I spearheaded a full server migration from Dropbox to Box and owned the full structural redesign for the agency. Accessibility and regular server use increased significantly among team members, with the most common positive feedback being that users could intuitively navigate the system with ease.
In tandem, I implemented an asset management system — with ingestion protocol, quality control procedures, consolidation processes, consistent naming conventions, and the application of metadata — all in an effort to reduce redundancy and save significant production time across the agency. -
I have implemented and managed several font management systems, including FontExplorer X, Monotype Fonts, and UTC, at previous agencies. I categorized thousands of fonts for ease of use, managed daily users, and guidance on licensing requirements and restrictions, ensuring agency and client compliance, as well as operational efficiency.

For over 15 years, I have managed production operations within multidisciplinary creative studios, leading teams of full-time staff and freelancers, managing project schedules, and determining resource allocation. I have established systems and workflows to improve speed, quality, and accuracy within agency settings.
